Refund: No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.
If for any reason you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you checkout. We will make the necessary
adjustment(s) that meets your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or
coatings that have been applied.
We do not offer refunds for any services

If you are not entirely satisfied with your
service, please call and schedule a redo appointment. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days for gel polish
services and 3 days for all other services after your initial service date. We do not accept redo appointments after five/three days of your initial services.
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment.
It you lose an
enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a tree repair.
Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
Traditional (regular)
polish services are not guaranteed.
We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us
immediately after the services have been performed.
The redo policy does not cover a change in service or color.
Late Arrivals & Cancellation:
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour's notice if you are to cancel your appointment.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients' schedules, If you are late for an
appointment by 15 minutes or more
without notice, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service(s).
